Party frenzy

Alright, I've been to 2 gatherings/party just over a short weekend like this.
Friday, 10th Oct was Daniel's birthday and he invited us, Delta Dogs of Platoon 10 over to his place for BBQ and swim. Unfortunately not everyone turned up, but the main characters are there: Ah Soon, Daryl, Euston, GL Tiong, Teck heng, Ham ham, Daniel, his cousin and myself. Euston and Daryl marinated and prepared the food while I cook 'em. The mediterranean seafood platter made by Euston always tasted the finest. Even the marinated Salmon that's grilled tasted so good. Followed by consecutive waves of chicken wings and franks. We had some whisky and gin to go along with the food... by the poolside... superb...
I asked Daniel to bring us shorts so that I could have a dip in the pool while drinkin' my whisky cola in there... Spendid baby!

11 Oct, Saturday, my buddy Anna invited me over to her humble crib at Admiralty. It was her brother's place though, but she held her Hari Raya party there. Her brother's place was sexily renovated and the apartment look sophisticated. I did not show up for 2 consecutive years since 2006 which makes me kinda guilty as she solely invited me only from the whole damn gang whom she accquainted with back then. Well what can I say, she's my buddy and she always wanted me to come over and join her and her family for a meal at a special occasion like this. Finally got to see her mum which I almost asked her to cook some mee goreng on impulse... LOL... Her mum's cooking is awesome! Even snacks made by her taste exceptionally good! Was hanging around and observing her besties, friends and her brother. Seems like I'm the only Chink there but that don't bother me much... I was entertained by the good food and her warm hospitality though she's damn busy. Well thanks bud for the sumptous food and drinks ya :)
